You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any images, graphics, photographs, or documents you load into ImageUtility. We do not claim any intellectual property or ownership rights over your files.
Because our on-device tools process files locally within your browser, your images are never stored or retained on our infrastructure. You are solely responsible for maintaining copies and backups of your original materials.
4. Permitted Use & Acceptable Behavior
You are free to use ImageUtility for personal, commercial, educational, and professional purposes. When using the site, you agree not to:
- Use the service to process or distribute materials that are illegal, harmful, infringing, or violate another party's legal rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, overload, or bypass security features of the website or our underlying hosting infrastructure.
- Deploy automated bots or scraping tools in a manner that degrades performance for regular visitors.
